Ideally, you should contact us briefly and tell us about your request. You can do this simply using our contact form, by Email or by phone. Our specialists will then be able to tell you immediately whether it is necessary to send in the product or whether another solution should be considered. If your item needs to be sent in, you will find our order form in the service section of our website under "Product returns", which you should enclose with your shipment.

The duration always depends on the repair work required, but we usually repair your product within 5-10 working days and then send it back to you.

If a repair is no longer possible, we will of course inform you immediately. In this case, we will offer you an individual solution, e.g. in the form of a new purchase offer at a preferential price or similar

Repairs carried out under warranty are completely free of charge for you, including transportation costs. For all other repairs, the costs depend on the scope of the work. However, we can make you a fair offer in advance as soon as we have inspected your tool. Our aim is to find an economical solution for both of us and to keep your tool in working order for as long as possible.
