Product Description
- Lifting aid with high loading capacity (450KG), which makes lifting heavy loads superfluous. The design offers maximum access and flexibility for ergonomically correct work on trucks, trailers and buses.
- Lifting heavy loads in combination with an incorrect working posture poses a major risk to the working environment and the health of the mechanic. The flexible lifting arm for the press frame provides excellent access when replacing the king pin on the steering knuckle.
- Wheel hub removal is effortless, the powerful hydraulic cylinders (45-tonne V4229 and 70-tonne V8321) are fixed in the supplied tool holder. Wheel hubs with brake discs or brake drums, wheel hubs with dual tyres in combination with brake drums are raised and lowered onto the vehicle without any manual force.
- Thanks to the four large swivel castors, the lifting aid is easy to move and manoeuvre, even with a maximum load of 450 kg. If required, the front wheels can be locked in the straight-ahead position.
- The hydraulic pump supplied can be easily removed from the lift truck when replacing the king pin etc. so that it can be used on the ground. Both practical handles on the rear wheels are very helpful during installation of the wheel hub onto the wheel axle.
